Divorce

Going through a divorce is a difficult time for the entire family. Emotions run high and uncertainty of what the future holds can be stressful. In the event that you and your spouse have made the decision to divorce, it is important to work with an attorney who will protect your rights as a father, and fight on behalf of your best interest in court.

Legally speaking, divorce refers to the legal process of terminating or ending a marriage.  During the divorce process, many important legal matters will need to be discussed and decided upon, such as child custody, visitation rights, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution. By retaining the services of a knowledgeable, experienced and effective Long Island divorce lawyer, you can ensure that your best interests will be protected at all times.
